Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

* Due to Covid-19, we are only shipping within the US.   Please keep in mind, during this time postal services are experiencing some delays.  We are not responsible for any delays in shipment.    

For items purchased through our shop, we will ship within 1-2 business days unless other customization is added at your request. We will let you know at that time what the processing time will be.  Our shop items will be shipped with full insurance through USPS Priority.  Tracking will be provided to you as soon as it ships.

For customization, the client is responsible for shipping both ways.  We do recommend fully insuring your package both ways as we are NOT responsible for anything lost or damaged during shipment. For return shipment, we use USPS Priority unless the client has a UPS or FEDEX account they would rather us charge to.

Your item will ship once full payment is made.

 

For customers in the Houston area, we can often arrange a drop off or a place to meet for exchanging items.  

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the customized nature of the goods provided, not refunds or exchanges are accepted.
